Our quality control strictly adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that all processes are in compliance with industry standards. This allows us to maintain consistent and reliable acrylic product quality, which has gained the trust and recognition of both domestic and overseas clients.
Quality Control Process
1. Raw materials must be inspected for appearance by either manual or mechanical means before they can be processed in the factory. Only those that pass the inspection with no defects will be used, and any materials found to be defective will be returned to the supplier.
2. During the production process, a first piece inspection is conducted to ensure that the manufacturing process is correct before proceeding to mass production. If any errors are found during the first piece inspection, production will be stopped to troubleshoot the problem, and mass production will only resume once the product meets the required quality standards.
3. Before packaging, each product's appearance and packaging materials are inspected to ensure accuracy. Only after confirming that everything is in order can the packaging operation proceed. Before shipping, a sampling inspection of 1% of the order quantity will be conducted to ensure product quality, and then the products will be shipped.
